Roles & Responsibilities
Assignment Highlights
- Assist senior engineers in equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance at a leading Taiwan semiconductor fab.
- Learn semiconductor process equipment hands-on — on the actual fab floor, not in a training room.
- Develop skills in one or more equipment areas: Etch, Deposition, Vacuum Systems, RF/Plasma, Gas Controls, Chiller/Cooling, or HT Power Supply.
- Shadow and support field service visits, building practical troubleshooting skills under mentorship.
- Maintain technical logs, equipment records, and service reports.
- Follow cleanroom protocols and EHS guidelines at all times.
- Grow into a full Field Service Engineer role through structured development milestones.
Qualifications
- Willing to be stationed in Taiwan (3-month rotation or 1-year assignment — see below). This is the one must-have.
- Diploma or Degree in ANY engineering field — Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Semiconductor, or equivalent.
- A genuine willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow fast.
- No prior semiconductor experience required — we will train you completely.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Fresh graduates and those within 1–2 years of graduation are strongly encouraged to apply.

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Option A — 3-Month Fab Rotation: Ideal for candidates who want to test the waters. You will complete a structured 3-month rotation at a leading semiconductor fab in Taiwan, gaining hands-on fab floor experience under mentorship.
Option B — Permanent 1-Year Taiwan Assignment: For candidates ready to fully commit. A 1-year station in Taiwan provides deep fab expertise, OEM certifications, and the experience that will define your semiconductor career for decades.
