- Take full technical ownership of assigned semiconductor process equipment at a leading Taiwan fab.
- Perform installation, commissioning, planned maintenance, and breakdown repair to restore equipment to spec.
- Specialise in one or more equipment families: Etch, Deposition, Implant, HT Power Supply, Vacuum Systems, Plasma/RF, Gas Controls, or Chiller/Cooling.
- Analyse equipment data, identify failure trends, and propose proactive improvements to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Liaise with process and production teams to align equipment performance with fab requirements.
- Comply with all cleanroom protocols, EHS standards, and equipment documentation requirements.
- Support equipment relocation, de-installation, and upgrade projects as required.

- Willing to be stationed in Taiwan (3-month rotation or 1-year assignment — see below).
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Hands-on experience maintaining, troubleshooting, or installing industrial or precision equipment (any sector).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical/mechanical schematics and equipment documentation.
- Strong systematic troubleshooting skills — you solve problems methodically, not by guesswork.
- Equipment experience in semiconductor, medical devices, industrial automation, or precision engineering is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude considered; full semiconductor training provided.
